Au Revoir DataMaker

Postby Freddie » Sun Sep 07, 2014 1:01 pm

Looks like DataMaker has bitten the dust then? Or perhaps found early retirement? If so, that is a shame after the work you put into it, but maybe the integral dBase functionality of TextMaker could simply be enhanced a little - I hope that this capability is being carried through to SoftMaker Office 2014 as it is truly useful.

We have removed the announcement page because we don't want to raise false hopes. DataMaker will appear (significantly rewritten), but unfortunately not this year or next.

Do you plan to return to development DataMaker? The hope to get an Access replacement in future has been the main reason for buying your product.

There are no plans to re-start the development of DataMaker in the near future. We will inform you as soon as there are any news.
