Problems when importing e-mail from Thunderbird

I've upgraded to eM Client version 4.
I'm using Thunderbird 12.0.1.

I've 5 e-mail accounts.

I've tried again to import my e-mail from Thunderbird to eM Client.

The following things don't go well:

* I still have hundreds of e-mails with a nobody@invalid.invalid e-mail address.

* There are no messages stored in the 'sent' folders in the 5 e-mail accounts.

I noticed that all e-mails which have a from address of 'nobody@invalid.invalid' are from *me*....I have sent them. Those e-mails are in eM Client in my inbox. But they should be in my 'sent' folders (as they are in Thunderbird).

I think this is something which easily will show up when testing eM Client in combination with Thunderbird.

I'm looking forward to a solution for this, so I can start using eM Client for me e-mail.

I referred your problem(s) to the developers of the eM client and will inform you here as soon as I have an answer.

The developers of the eM Client were able to fix the problem with empty "sent" folder (it will be available in the next version), but the rest is still in progress.

Hi Sven,

Any update on this? I really would like to switch from Thunderbird to eM Client for my e-mail, but without 100% correctly importing my e-mails from Thunderbird, I can not make the switch...
