Removal of Office 2012 - it won't

Post by Princy557 » Thu Dec 01, 2011 12:23 pm

Hi,
I have tried 2012, it's fine, but when it came to upgrading I found the cost a little to rich for me.
So I have had to uninstall Office 2012. But it won't It leaves it all there in the startup menu, but the
Office 2010 which I had installed seems also to be there. All the associations though have been cleared.

How do I remove it fully so that I can get back to Office 2010

I must reitterate, there is nothing wrong with Office 2012 as far as I can see, just too expensive for a loyal customer to splash out for the upgrade. :o

If the start menu entry is still there after uninstallation, you can delete is manually. This was a problem which our developers fixed in the meantime and should not occur in future setup files.
