Can not print

I've downloaded and installed the CABs for the final release (version 586). I then removed the version 2008 from my desktop and pocketPC. in TextMaker2010 when I try to print I get the following two errors:

Error calling "\temp\tmpprn.pdf"
Cannot start the external printing utility

When I go to JETCET PRINT I can print a test print on my printer.
I installed the 3 Softmaker mobile applications on my storage card.

Philip-3 here's what I did:
1. Did Hard reset of device (AT&T/LG Incite). Cleared Main memory and storage card.
2. Setup wireless connection to my network.
3. Ran the Softmaker2008 Installer (SP_506). I only installed the JETCET to Main Memory (Device), but it still asked if I wanted to turn on/off the file conversion.
4. Started JETCET and added my printer (HP OfficeJet Pro L7780).
5. Printed JETCET Test page. Printed OK. Closed JETCET.
6. Did soft reset of my device.
7. Opened JETCET and printed a test page. Printed OK. Closed JETCET.
8. Copied Softmaker2010 CABs to the Temp folder on my Storage Card.
9. Used File Explorer to install/expand TextMaker2010 to my Storage Card.
10. Did soft reset of my device.
11. Opened JETCET and printed a test page. Printed OK. Closed JETCET.
12. Opened TextMaker2010.
13. Entered the text “This is a test.”
14. Printed the page and it printed.
15. Closed TextMaker2010 without saving.
16. Did soft reset of my device.
17. Opened TextMaker2010.
18. Entered the text “This is a test.”
19. Tried to print, but got the “Error calling ‘\Temp\tmpprn.pdf’ ”. and “cannot start the external printing utility”
20. Closed TextMaker2010 without saving.
21. Opened JETCET and printed a test page. Printed OK. Closed JETCET.

Is there a CAB file to install the JETCET, or do I have to run the 2008 install as I did in step 3?

Any progress or anything I can do to help solve this problem? I can print from the 2008 version with out any problem, but not from the 2010 version.

It seems that this problem is almost solved by the developers and it should not longer occur with the next service pack.

I had the same problom with 2010 (rev 586) , first time it worked properly but after that the same error message !
