I can confirm this issue with your sample file and will report it to the developers.

It seems that this problem has not been solved yet. I asked the developers for a solution.

You have to right mouse click on the text frame with the bullets in it. Then add an animation and confirm. Now edit the animation. In the tab "Text" of the animation properties, select one entry in "Animate paragraphs".

Do you mean that in new files you create, there is always the Russian spell checker active? Or after you saved and re-opened your file, suddenly the dictionary changed to Russian?

You cannot add words to the Hunspell dictionaries but you can add words to the user dictionary (learn words).

Please select the text, then right mouse click on it and chose "Character" from the context menu. Is the correct language or "Default" selected?

It works also with TextMaker in Windows 10. It seems that the font used for the Arabic text in your document ("Traditional Arabic") is not available in your Linux and Android systems. Either install the font or make sure to use another font that supports Arabic.

Select the text of chapter A and cut it (CTRL+X). Make sure to delete the chapter break. Insert a new chapter break after Chapter B and insert the content of Chapter A.

The developers told me that the problem has been solved meantime and should no longer occur with the next service pack.

Are you using the Windows version? Your screenshot looks like you're on a Mac. Which date format is set in your Windows/Mac settings? PlanMaker usually uses the same settings.
