Thanks Jossi, that worked as described. I still don't understand why the 2 applications treat the file differently. When I made the changes and saved the file, Word was able to open it with no issues. The format did not look any different in Word. But thanks for your workaround! Seems like I should ...

Not sure if anyone has brought this up, apologies if so - but when I use the dark theme in the ribbon menus, I am unable to clearly see some of the choices unless I mouse over them. I have attached a screen cap of what I see.
