Textmaker Will not Print

When I try to print a document, I only get the following options;

1 Microsoft XPS Document Writer
2 Microsoft Print to PDF or
3 Fax

If I go to Setup I only get the option to change from Portrait to Landscape

I am using;
Windows 10
Bluetooth HP Envy 4500 Series Printer
