Thank you for the quick response. Prior to sending you the file I thought of a possible answer. I've tended to use the .xlsx format when saving my files, however if I move to the .pmdx format the sort is saved. Problem solved.

The Mac version does not save the last sort selection, although to be fair neither did the previous version. However I believe the windows version does save this information within the file.

Existing spreadsheets with frozen rows/columns open with no rows/columns frozen. Indeed all spreadsheets seem to open at A1 regardless of how saved in previous version.

My quick access items did not appear in the beta, I had to add them. Not sure if this is an issue or if that's the way it works on moving to new versions.

Using a Mac Mini (M1). Beta allowed me to cut and paste my product key from the original email. Then offered a restart, spreadsheet save option and restarted with product key added.
